The Never Ending Waiting Game

Well a few days ago, I ordered a new vanity desk setup from ikea and a new chair. Unfortunately, Covid has made it where it takes forever to get things delivered so now I won't have an actual workspace until Tuesday the 29th.  My whole desk and vanity are both in boxes because I have already sold my old desk and vanity.  Not realizing it was going to take so long for it to be delivered. 
I know there are more important problems in this world and I know it seems like I'm crying over nothing but it really is the little things that make a huge difference.   I am enjoying being a stay at home mom for once and looking forward to starting my YouTube channel.  I'm still nervous about uploading my 1st video and it being a flop but at least I put myself out there.
I know this is a rambling blog but hey, what else would I do on a blog if I didn't ramble in every one that I wrote.

A Day In My Life

                                 A Day In My Life            My day typically starts around 6 or 7 am whenever my children decide it is time to get up.  They never sleep in no matter what time they go to bed unless they are sick and that is very rarely.  I spend about 5 minutes checking my phone and then get up and get breakfast ready for my horde.  All while starting on whatever housework I need to get done for that day.         My house stays clean but I have OCD so I never think it is clean enough.  I am always doing the laundry and dishes.  I try to sweep every day and mop once a week.  Dusting happens whenever it starts to bother me.  I take the trash out every other day to keep the house from smelling horrible.     I am big on the Glade Plug Ins and keep them in every room in my house...

My Favorite Holiday

                                               My Favorite Holiday     Well seeing as how my birthday is four days after Christmas it is definitely Christmas.  And here's the kicker, it isn't because it is so close to my birthday.  Growing up Christmas was such a wonderful time in our family because everyone came together and spent a whole day being happy and civil with each other.  Differences were put aside and everyone got along even during dinner.  My grandparents always made the holidays that much more magical.  My aunt always went above and beyond with her decorations so it was always a winter wonderland whenever we went to her house during Christmas.     When my grandparents passed it was like our family fell apart.  You never realize what is holding a group together until it is suddenly not t...
